RACE 1: SOUTH BURNETT TIMES MAIDEN 800MTRS

As Jockey B Rhodes failed to arrive at the track at weigh out time Stewards approved Jky P Spry to replace Jky B Rhodes as the rider of Shifty Post..
Jky Rhodes was questioned by Stewards as to his late arrival and was advised due to transport problems and hold up in traffic caused him to be late. Jky Rhodes was instructed in similar situation in future he is to contact Stewards to advise them of the problem..

SHIFTY POST raced greenly in the early stage of the race.

PRINCESS FIONA was held up for clear running near the 100 metres.

The winner PRINCESS FIONA was swabbed.

RACE 2: MAINLY MOWERS CLASS 1 HCP 1000MTRS

SPIRIT OF COOLONG was slow to begin.

Soon after jumping away MIDNIGHT JESTER shifted in taking AREPO in onto WARIALDA HONEY resulting in AREPO having to be eased.

RACE 3: FITZROY HOTEL NANANGO CLASS 2 HCP 1200MTRS

On jumping away OMAR KHAYYAM and MONICA EL came together.

RACE 4: TAROMEO STATION CUP HCP 1200MTRS

CONNELLY threw its head in the air on jumping away and refused to settle in the early stages of the race,

IN A TRANCE jumped awkwardly taking WONDER KICK in onto DEFIANT WARRIOR.

The winner STODDART was swabbed.

RACE 5: MARR’S TRANSPORT MAIDEN HCP 1200MTRS

As Jky M Dale had riding commitments at Toowoomba Stewards approved Jky C Kearney to replace him as the rider of MURASAP.

BELLE PATRICA was cleared to start by the Club Vet to start after having previously competed in race 1.

PEARLY YEATS was restless behind the barriers dislodging Jky R Hancock. Jky Hancock remounted and took his place in the field.

WIRRADILLA dwelt at he start.

The winner DOC HOLLYWOOD was swabbed.
