YACKI (R. Sue-San) jumped out onto ELECTRONIC BEE (NZ) which was taken out onto BRUCE IN THE SUIT (K. Ballard).

Jockey S. Mossman was interviewed re the performance of TERRAPLEX. Krogh advised that the mare is now being retired immediately. Trainer K. Krogh was advised that the mare cannot again start in a race until it successfully completes two barrier trials under simulated race day conditions.

EXOTIC BOY (T. Hill), was held up for clear running in the straight.

Jockey R Sue-San who rode INVERSION was interviewed re the performance of that mare compared with recent performances. He advised that after being a long last approaching the home turn he took the mare wide and she commenced to make ground steadily and did so until the finish and although soundly beaten it was a much improved performance. He advised that in early stages of today’s race he believed the mare resented the dirt coming back in her face. In recent starts he had ridden the mare in a forward position as compared with today.
