Subsequent to the event all monies invested on MORINGA BUBBLES and EVENING VISION were ordered to be refunded with deductions of 28 cents in the dollar on the face value of win bets, 22 cents in the dollar on the face value of place bets, applicable to bets placed prior to 12.46 pm, and deductions of 25 cents in the dollar on the face value of win bets, and 18 cents in the dollar on the face value of place bets, applicable to bets placed between 12.46 pm and 12.48 pm.
