Trainer M Tremble reported that AYBEESEE would be engaged to race at Rockhampton back in class and up in distance. He also reported that SUPPOSING had pulled up flat and would now be sent for a spell.

Race 1: Glencore Rolleston Coal BM 55 Handicap- 1400 metres

ONLY ONE ANNIE- Raced wide throughout.

ZABEELZEBUB- Raced wide throughout.

BEAU ALLEGRO- From the 250 metres, laid in under pressure.

Race 2: Sojitz Minerva Mining BM 70 Handicap- 1100 metres

As Jockey L Dillon was overweight, S Egan was the replacement rider for RAHULA.
Jockey Dillon was fined $200.

FRACTIONS- Fractious in the barriers prior to the start.

RAHULA- Fractious in the barriers prior to the start and when start effected, had its head down in the barrier, lost considerable ground.

SCHOORWIN- Near the 200 metres, rolled out under pressure.

DESERT PLAYBOY- Rider reported that the gelding had placed its head in the adjoining barrier and when the start was effected, lost considerable ground. Due to no supporting evidence, Stewards could not determine if the gelding could be declared a non-runner.


Race 3: Dow Agrosciences QTIS Maiden Plate - 1100 metres

ELLE STYLE- Began awkwardly.

OAXACA- Slow to begin.

STRIKEZONE- Slow to begin.

LIGHTNING ARTIST- Raced wide throughout.

Race 4: Outback Tyres Class 1 Handicap- 1000 metres

MISS NOTE- Slow to begin, inclined to hang out near the 700 metres.

AIN’T GOING DOWN- At the start was tightened. Laid in under pressure over the concluding stages.

PEARL FISH- Near the 700 metres, steadied from the heels of another runner.

MOUNT MORGAN- Raced wide throughout.

Race 5: Colin Meek Memorial Springsure Cup Open Handicap- 1400 metres

Pre-race veterinary inspections of RYTARGA and MILWAUKEE BELLE cleared both horses to take their place in the field.

FOREVER MORE- Slow to begin.

POWER TO EXCEED- Jockey S Sheargold pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding in that near the 1000m he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of STREETFIRE, which was checked and lost its rightful running. Jockey Sheargold’s licence to ride in races was suspended from m/n 21 September to 3rd October, 2014 (2 Capricornia meetings).

RYTARGA- Trainer reported that the gelding will now be spelled.
