1st - HENEEBI 2nd - GUEST OF HONOUR 3rd - DAWNHILL 4th - KIPCHOGE

GOT THE POWER (Cheryl Rogers) shifted out on jumping inconveniencing SILLY MID OFF (Dennis Baker) in doing so.

Race 2: .WESTBOURNE CLASS B HANDICAP 1000 METRES. 9 STARTERS.
1st - WON’T LOOK BACK 2nd - SIR SOMETHING 3rd - ANOTHER OPINION 4th - BARCOO GEORGE

Stewards inquired into App. Toni Hall’s inability to claim her full allowance. App. Toni Hall stated that a submission had been made to Queensland Racing to raise her minimum riding weight. App. Toni Hall was advised that Stewards were aware that making the lower weight was difficult for her and no further action would be taken pending further investigation of the matter.

There was a delay to the start due to MOLTAR breaking out of the Barrier, taking some time to regather the gelding.MOLTAR was withdrawn at the Barrier on Veterinary advice.

BARCOO GEORGE (Rhett Bellert) shifted inwards on jumping inconveniencing CHARLIES HERITAGE (David Rewald) in doing so.

BARCOO GEORGE tended to hang out in the back straight.

Betting adjustments were announced prior to correct weight.

Race 3: . BLACK INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS CLASS 6 PLATE 1000 METRES. 7 STARTERS.
1st - OPAL TRADER 2nd - EL BDOOR 3rd - GEDA DEE JAY 4th - BLUE COUGAR

REVECHE (Cheryl Rogers) was unruly in the Barrier.

No incidents in running.

Race 4: . E.E. PARR MEMORIAL OPEN HANDICAP 1400 METRES. 6 STARTERS.

1st - SOLAR DANCER 2nd - HEADQUARTERS 3rd - BON HERITAGE 4th - SAVANNAH ROAD

LUST FOR VICTORY (David Monaghan) dwelt at the start.

Race 5: . HARNEY’S CLASS 3 PLATE 1200 METRES. 7 STARTERS.

1st - INDOLLARGENCE 2nd - FLARE UP 3rd - DANCING BABY 4th – COUNTY JACK

FLARE UP (Dennis Baker) threw it’s head in the air on jumping losing considerable ground.

FREIGHER, GEE GEE MACGREGOR & MCLINTOCK were late scratchings due to no suitable riders being available.
