Apprentice H Akiyama who was indisposed was replaced by M Aspinall (Our Brindabella) and A Morrison (Sports Diary).
Apprentice C Spry (Peroxide) replaced T Banks who was indisposed.
RACE: 1. Audrey Ann was slowly away. At the start Truly Brave was hampered by Noble Effort, which jumped out. At the start Paris Triumph was hampered by Curlylambeau, which jumped out. Near the 700 meters Curlylambeau was eased from the heels of Our Tom. Time off 4.06 pm.
RACE: 2. At the start Gnocchi and Yogi’s Edition were hampered by Moringa Blue, which jumped out. Near the 700 meters Didier was crowded by Burnaway, which was hanging in and continue to hang in for some distance. Near the 550 meters Didier shifted out and made contact with Burnaway. Yogi’s Edition was inclined to lay in over the concluding stages. Time off .44 pm.
RACE: 3. Just County and Our Reign were slowly away. Sharou jumped with its head in the air. Devil jumped in making contact with My Aunty Dot. Shortly after the start Run For Your Money, Our Brindabella and Digress were crowded for room by Bush Potential. Near the 800 meters Our Brindabella and Digress were steadied when crowded for room by Bush Potential, which shifted in. Near the 400 meters Sharou was steadied from the heels of Just County, which shifted out after making contact with Digress, which shifted out. Near the 450 meters Moynihan whilst being eased from the heels of Celestial's Gold got its head up and shifted out across that horse’s heels. Leaving the 400 meters Vivid Storm was held up for clear running. Run For Your Money had trouble obtaining clear running in the early stages of the home straight. King Of Laughs was held up for clear running for the last 300 meters. Sharou was inclined to lie in over the concluding stages. Time off 5.27 pm.
RACE: 4. Tycoon’s Gift was slowly away. Shortly after the start Make No Mistake was steadied when hampered by Pan Zareta, which shifted out. Near the 500 meters Stoddart and Stage were momentarily crowded for room by Make No Mistake, which rolled in. Time off 6.01 pm.
RACE: 5. Sauveterre jumped in the air as the gates opened losing ground. Diamond Lass was slowly away. Near the 600 meters Shasheed shifted in and made contact with the running rail. Near the 250 meters Penny Long Lashes was eased from the heels of Chariot’s Belle, which shifted out. Sauveterre was held up clear running from the 500 meters until the early stages of the home straight. Time off 6.30 pm.
RACE: 6. Stewards accepted the explanation of trainer J Bannon why the rider of Whatatime was not declared by the required time. A warning was placed on Searich, which was difficult to load. Puratar and Luskin Warrior were slowly away. At the start Fast Al made heavy contact with Donnabelle, when taken out by Tele Series, which jumped out. Near the 850 meters Chariot's Moment and Whatatime made contact. Approaching the 800 meters Tele Series was steadied when momentarily crowded for room by Kanawha. Near the 550 meters Sawwin was eased when crowded for room between Romalong, which shifted out and Searich, which shifted in. Near the 500 meters Donnabelle was eased from the heels of Whatatime, which was taken in by Luskin Warrior, which shifted in after making contact with Puratar, which shifted in. Stewards inquired into why both Whatatime and Donnabelle were both checked on the home turn. After taking evidence from riders M Aspinall (Searich), M Dracos (Whatatime), K Yoshida (Luskin Warrior) and D Green (Donnabelle) it was established that Luskin Warrior made contact with Searich when shifting in to avoid the heels of Sawwin. Searich then shifted in abruptly tightening the running of Donnabelle and Whatatime. Stewards took no action due to the contributing factors. Romalong returned to scale lame on the near fore. Trainer G Scott was advised that a Veterinary Certificate was required for Romalong prior to his next start.

RACE: 7. Peroxide, Night In Vienna, Carcory and Tag And Release were slowly away. Peroxide, which made the first corner awkwardly, over - raced in the early and middle stages. Approaching the home turn Bachelor Girl was eased from the heels of Trumpet Lily. Time off 7.39 pm.
All winners were swabbed.
