Green (JAZZMAKER) and J. Byrne (BRIGALOW SCRUB) and viewing the patrol film, stewards afforded J. Byrne the benefit of the doubt as to whether he was fully responsible when it was established that whilst BRIGALOW SCRUB shifted out to obtain clear running, JAZZMAKER appeared to shift in marginally at the same stage.
