RACE 1: ELDERS REAL ESTATE MAIDEN PLATE - 800 Meters
GO RAZZA blundered and lost ground at the start after being hampered by TAVERN MISS, which jumped in.
DANGEROUS HOST was slow to begin and raced ungenerously until leaving the 400m.
SPARKLING ASCOT jumped awkwardly and raced ungenerously until leaving the 700m.
RACE 2: RAINE & HORNE MAIDEN PLATE - 1500 Meters
SARDAN was slow to begin and was slowly into stride.
MY GAME was hampered and lost ground making the home turn. W J Cook, the rider of NORTHERN ALPS was reminded of his obligations when shifting ground.
RACE 3: D & D PEEL CABINET MAKERS CLASS B H’CAP – 1350 Meters
As S Richardson was late due to transport difficulties he was replaced as the rider of NIGELLA, by C Bumstead.
PELAGIC LIMIT was slow to begin.
NIGELLA shifted out approaching the 1200m hampering TOO DARK.
PYE hung out from the 900m onwards.
BATTLE TIME made the home turn wide.
RACE 4: RAHEEN STUD QTIS CLASS 3 PLATE -1200 Meters
STITCHED UP was slow to begin.
GILDED BIRD shifted out abruptly leaving the 150m when stuck with the whip, making contact with BREBEAUDAN LAD, forcing that runner wider on the track.
Both ALTAO and SLIDE were disappointed for clear running over the concluding stages.
RACE 5: CLEAR MOUNTAIN STUD OPEN H’CAP - 1200 Meters
GRANDE ARROW shifted out at the start making contact with BALMY BAR.
Leaving the 600m, BECKY’S TABOO shifted in forcing NASA ROYALE to be eased.
ALL WINNERS WERE SWABBED.
