ROCKIN’ HALO (T Austin) jumped too quickly and knuckled over almost dislodging its rider. C Prow the rider of MINETTA was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in after the start and inconvenience KIRKDALE ROAD (R McMaster) and DANCE BRIGETTE (R Hammond).

AMEDEO (T Austin) ran a distant last and was examined by the Vet. The examination revealed that the horse may have been suffering from some back soreness but nothing else was found. The trainer felt that the failure was due to the conditions and the track.
