C/O/T-more forward. Ridden accordingly. Bumped at start. Over-raced early. Held up approaching h/turn. Laid in approaching 150m & was corrected. When quest re ride, in particular reason for not shifting wider at 600m resulting in gelding being held up to 250m, Rdr stated considered shifting wider at 600m, however mindful gelding was having 1st start at 1350m & did not want to expose it that far from finish-added approaching 500m attempted to shift wider however unable to do so & then held until near 250m-said in hindsight better to shift wider at 600m before outside runner improved to hold in.
