STEWARDS PANEL: G. MEEK (CHAIRMAN) G. McDONALD

WEATHER – CLOUDY TRACK – TURF

RACE 1: CLASS 4 HANDICAP 1300 METRES (7 STARTERS)
RAW STAR (J. Oakes) was slow into stride.

RACE 2: CLASS 2 HANDICAP 1100 METRES (5 STARTERS)
Trainer Stephen Godfrey was fined $50.00 under the terms of LR47 for failing to supply a letter of authority.
HULAKAI (R. Benfer) was fractious in the barriers. YAMASHITA (G. Bell) and HULAKAI (R. Benfer) were both slow into stride.

RACE 3: MAIDEN HANDICAP 1000 METRES (9 STARTERS)
Apprentice Ms Renae Benfer was fined $100.00 under the terms of AR92 (12) in that she failed to claim her full allowance.
KEN’S DAUGHTER (N. Coyne) stood flat-footed as the gates were released, as a consequence lost ground. LORD OF MONTANA (J. Oakes) raced greenly in the straight.

RACE 4: OPEN HANDICAP 1000 METRES (6 STARTERS)
As the start was affected STORMY CIRCLES (T. Williams) reared backwards and lost considerable ground.
