Jky B Payne advised the Club she had suffered an injury at track work this morning and to be advised a Medical Certificate must be given to Stewards prior to riding again. Jky D Van Bekkum replaced Jky B Payne as the rider of BENDIS.

App B Agland was reprimanded for failing to produce his letter placing him in the care of Mr I Chew.

SEQUALO BLUE (App B Agland) broke through the front gate and was inspected by the Club Vet and allowed to start. Trainer Mr I Chew was advised a warning is place on this gelding for barrier manners.

Prior to the start MYSTERY GUN (L Abbott) reared up and as the starter released the field Jky Abbott was standing on the partition. Stewards declared MYSTERY GUN a non-runner and deductions of 3cents for a win and 3cents for a placed and all monies on MYSTERY GUN be refunded was announced on correct weight
When questioned regarding this incident starter Mr M Cummings stated he did not hear a call from Jky Abbott as there were a few Jky calling out they were having difficulty settling their mounts. Stewards advised Mr Cummings he was in control at the start and to advise any rider calling out unnecessary to keep quite.

CRAIGLEA LILY (Jky T Unwin) jumped awkwardly taking PHOENIX WAY (App N Summers) in onto SEQUALO BLUE (App B Agland)

Approaching the 600mtr HAYHAB (App S Bogenhuber) which was racing greenly shifted in momentarily
taking LUCKNOW GIRL (Jky B Johnson) in onto REGAL EVENT (Jky L Appo) which had to ease.
App Bogenhuber was instructed to exercise care in similar situations in future race rides.

The winner CRAIGLEA LILY was swabbed.

DREAM ‘N’ SCHEME (Jky) Jky C Kearney was slowly away and soon after the start shifted out and had to be eased off the hells of SIR NARMI (App S Bogenhuber).

Rounding the 850mtr corner DREAM ‘N’ SCHEME (Jky C Kearney) was inclined to shift ground.

The winner MANSWORD was swabbed.
Race 3 NOEL NELSON BOOKMAKER CLASS 3 HCP 1150MTRS
(1) NEVADA GAMBLER (2) TUOTHA (3) DESERT SAMBA (4) CANDY GEN

LITTLE Ms GORGEOUS (App S Bogenhuber) was slowly away.

NEVADA GAMBLER (App N Summers) was tightened between TUATHA (Jky D Van Bekkum) and JESTER DALE (Jky T Unwin) both of which jumped awkwardly.

Rounding the 850mtr corner ZAGIMMIE ((App B Agland) shifted wide on the track. Club Vet Dr E Fisher inspected ZAGIMMIE and reported the gelding had a bowed tendon on the O/F. Trainer Mr R O’Sullivan was advised the gelding is barred from racing until a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness is given to Stewards.

CANDY GEN (App M Hughes) raced wide in the early and middle stages of the race.

The winner NEVADA GAMBLER was swabbed.

Race 4 RED CROSS DOLL, TEDDY & CRAFT SHOW CLASS B 1465MTRS
(1) COOL FUR (2) ZACHARY CHARLES (3) DANE LEGACY (4) BUCKLEY’S AN NONE

COOL FUR (Jky D Van Bekkum) dipped slightly on jumping away.

PLENTY COOL (App M Hughes) threw its head up on jumping away losing ground.

Leaving the 1150mtr BUCKLEY’S AN NONE (Jky T Unwin) dipped badly almost dislodging its rider.

The winner COOL FUR was swabbed.

Race 5 SHOENIQUE ‘100 CLUB’ CUP 1465MTR
(1) BIRUBI CHOSEN (2) JUST CASSIDY (3) RISING TOWER (4) DIAMOND TIME

As App K Smith was unable to claim he full allowance with App N Summers replaced her as the rider of ADDICTED LADY. App Smith was fined $50 (AR 92 (12)

Jky B Johnson replaced the injured Jky B Payne as the rider of LORD MONTAGUE.

SPECULATIVE (Jky L Abbott) jumped awkwardly taking LORD MONTAGUE (Jky B Johnson) in onto NUMERO UNO (Jky P Gesler)

ADDICTED LADY (App N Summers) jumped awkwardly and traveled wide through out the race.

SPECULATIVE (Jky L Abbott) traveled wide in the middle stage of the race.

The winner BIRUBI CHOSEN was swabbed
