Trainer was advised that the gelding must complete a trial in the presence of Stewards before again being permitted to start again.

Apprentice advised that the gelding had a very heavy weight of 61 ½ kilograms, after her allowance and although she was able to lead, had to place her mount under pressure for the entirety of the event. As the gelding had won over a similar distance at its previous two starts, she believed the class of race today was stronger.
