Race 1: GALILEE BASIN HAULAGE & PLANT HIRE CLASS 2 HANDICAP 1100m:
HARDCOVER was a late scratching at 12.45pm on veterinarian advise. Trainer D. Rewald was advised the gelding would require a certificate of soundness before his next start.
RHYTHM NATION jumped away awkwardly.
JUST A PLEASURE bounded out of the gates.
COPY THIS traveled wide throughout the event.
Race 2: RINGROSE BUTTON CLASS 6 PLATE 1200m:
SPIRIT OF MANY was slow away and raced wide for the majority of the event.
VERT CADEAU felt awkward at the 950m stated jockey Sue-San and failed to stretch out after that point. A post-race veterinary inspection found an over flexed tendon in the near side front leg. Trainer R. Simpson was advised the gelding would require a certificate of soundness before racing next.
Race 3: CENTRAL WEST RURAL CLASS B HANDICAP 1300m:
SWEENEY was a late scratching at 12.45pm as there were no riders available.
KISS AND CONTROL was slow away.
NO INVOLVEMENT raced wide for the majority of the event.
Race 4: S & J MARSHALL CONTRACTING CLASS 3 PLATE 1400m:
LEICAZUPA jumped away awkwardly.
VIBRATION was slow away.
Race 5: SIMSTOCK RURAL & OAKEY BEEF EXPORTS OPEN HANDICAP 1400m:
No incidents in running.
