SUPPLEMENTARY REPORTS

As Guy Williams was indisposed due to transportation difficulties, rider changes were made as per the Stewards summery.


RACE 1: MITCHELL MEDICIAL PRACTICE MAIDEN PLATE 800M–
1st –Milk and Sugar 2nd –Got the Power 3rd-Johnny Ringo 4th -Peeanbee

JOHNNY RINGO was examined by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to race 1 after that colt made heavy contact with the parade ring fence. JOHNNY RINGO was cleared to take his place in the field.

AUGUST AMBER (C Bumstead) jumped in the air at the start losing considerable ground.

Shortly after the start MILK AND SUGAR shifted out forcing GOT THE POWER (C Rogers) and JOHNNY RINGO (S Galvin) wider on the track.


RACE 2: MCINNES WILSON QTIS CLASS 2 H’CAP 1000M–
1st –Rock the Night 2nd –Bells Are Rocking 3rd –Sequalo Morn 4th –Innocent Jane

PEARL OF PARADISE (E Wilson) jumped out at the start hampering BELLS ARE ROCKING (C Schumacher).

Shortly after the start SEQUALO MORN (L McCoy) was forced to race in restricted room when tightened by INNOCENT JANE (C Rogers) which shifted in.

VERGE OF DISCOVERY (D Llambias) hung out during the early and middle stages.


RACE 3:HARTLEY BROS/TILLYS CRAWLER PARTS CLASS B H’CAP 1200M
1st -Trapping 2nd –Love Jack 3rd –Taxable Income 4th –Alpine Annie

LOVE JACK (C Bumstead) jumped out at the start hampering SEA GOING (S Galvin).

CONTESSA ROSSA (C Rogers) was slow to begin.


RACE 4:MARANOA DIGGERS CLASS 6 PLATE 1200M–
1st –Stormy Bend 2nd –Junk Bond 3rd –Mirimba Bay 4th –Free As Air

PANKKI (C BAKER) was slow to begin.

Approaching the 100m, MIRIMBA BAY (C Bryen) shifted in under hard riding making contact with JUNK BOND (C Schumacher).


RACE 5:BOORINGA CUP OPEN H’CAP 1400M –
1st -Odonata 2nd –Zephyr Beat 3rd –Midnight Silence 4th –Power’n’water

RED MOUNTAIN (C Baker) was slow to begin.

At the start LEICA MAGIC (E Wilson) was tightened for room by POLISH WARRIOR (C Bryen) and LORD CLINTON (I French) which jumped out.

Approaching the 1300m, LEICA MAGIC was forced to race in restricted room for a short distance when tightened by LORD CLINTON which shifted in.
