GENERAL
This meeting was conducted under the conditions of the Queensland Community Racing Scheme (QCRS). No Photo Finish or Bookmakers operated at this meeting. All starts were by means of a flag fall. All riders who rode were licensed with Racing Queensland. All prizes were in the form of trophies only.

Race 1: COLEMAN STOCK FEEDS MAIDEN PLATE (Set Weights) (800 Metres) (7 Starters)
1st - LADY TENELLA 2nd – JAZMINE 3rd - MS GOLIGHTLY 4th - TOM’S BLING

UNFASHIONABLE (D Bannister), OUTBACK THRILL (D Owens) and TOM’S BLING (T Delahunty) were all slow into stride.

Race 2: HALLS FIREARMS RESTRICTED TROPHY 2 PLATE (Set Weights) (800 Metres) (6 Starters) DIVISION 1
1st – STROMGLAD 2nd - HICKOCK HAND 3rd – FRAARCAS 4th - BOLD OUTBACK

HICKOCK HAND (A. MacIntosh) was slow into stride.

STROMGLAD (J Dagan) over raced at the 600 metres and then raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 3: HALLS FIREARMS RESTRICTED TROPHY 2 PLATE (Set Weights) (800 Metres) (4 Starters) DIVISION 2
1st - MANOLETE 2nd - TORPEDO RUN 3rd - I’VE GOT STYLE 4th - ZAHA’S WISH

PRIVZERO was a late scratching when the gelding was found to be lame in the off foreleg.

During the parade to the start, T Delahunty was dislodged from OCTA DUCK which then completed a circuit of the course riderless at full gallop. OCTA DUCK was scratched by order of Stewards.

Race 4: RINGROSE & BUTTON CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS RESTRICTED TROPHY 4 (Set Weights) (1000 Metres) (7 Starters)
1st – COLLESTRADA 2nd - SPEEDY BOB 3rd - SOVEREIGN PEAK 4th - MASCARA GIRL

AUTUMN BEATS (J Connolly) began awkwardly and lost ground.

Race 5: HERRON TODD & WHITE OAKLEY AMATEUR PICNIC RACE CLUB BANGLE OPEN TROPHY (Set Weights) (800 Metres) (7 Starters)
1st - NAVILLUS PICALL 2nd - ISABELLA ESTHER 3rd - BALLARD BOY 4th - ZATHURA

BALLARD BOY was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon prior to racing and was passed fit to race

ANARCHIST (NZ) (J Dagan) raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 6: BETTY RICE MEMORIAL OAKLEY AMATEUR PICNIC RACE CLUB BRACELET OPEN TROPHY (Set Weights) (1400 Metres) (6 Starters)
1st - MORE THAN REGAL 2nd – FRAAREVA 3rd – PIKESTAFF 4th - VON MARKNDUNC

Shortly after the start PIKESTAFF (D Owens) shifted inwards and hampered VONMARKNDUNC (R Williams). SOLYMAR (M Delahunty) which was hampered as a consequence. Rider D Owens was advised that he must exercise more care when shifting ground.

Race 7: GRIFFITHS PHARMACY & TOWERS CABINETS OPEN TROPHY (Set Weights) (1000 Metres) (6 Starters)
1st - CYCLONE GEORGE 2nd - CHICKEN DINNER 3rd - KOMO LAD 4th - ABAGNALE

KUNNINKIK (R Williams) and CHICKEN DINNER (J Dagan) raced wide at the 800 metre turn.

ABAGNALE (J Connolly) raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 8: KEN FROST FARRIER RESTRICTED TROPHY 6 (Set Weights) (1000 Metres) (5 Starters) DIVISION 1
1st - REQUEST THIS 2nd - MEDIUM ‘N ‘RARE 3rd - MISTER BRUMBY 4th - WESTERN RUN

TRIBAL SON (A MacIntosh) raced wide rounding the 800 metre turn.

MEDIUM ‘N ‘RARE (R Williams) raced wide rounding the home turn.
