RACE 1 COUNTRY CLASSIC MAIDEN PLATE.--------1100M

CHASIN’A QUID WHICH INJURED ITSELF ON THE WAY TO THE COURSE WAS DECLARED A LATE SCRATCHING BY THE STEWARDS ACTING ON VETERINARY ADVICE.
Connections were notified that a veterinary certificate would be required before the horse starts again.

THE STRAND began awkwardly and was slow into stride HARD TIMES SALLY jumped in the air as the start was effected losing ground .


RACE 2 ELDERS LTD & WARWICK BUTLER INSURANCE NEWMARKET HCP 1100M

WINNUNGA and JUST DIFFERENT were both slow to begin

At the 700m KING JON JON had to be steadied off the heels of CAREYES which was hanging KING J0ON JON was then obliged to race wide until the home turn .
CAREYES raced ungenerously from the 700m to the home turn MIDNIGHT SILENCE was slowly into stride at the start .
RUSSIAN GUN raced wide rounding the home turn

RACE 3 STEVE BONSEY TRANSPORT , BROWN HERLEY KENWORTH TOOWOOMBA TRUCK SPARE,
QTIS CLASS 3 1300M

At the start MALCHOW jumped out at the start making heavy contact with ,and severely hampering PANKKI which was slow .

SAVANNAH ROAD was slow at the start.

At the 1000m mark CRAIGLEA BABA raced ungenerously for a short distance.
BLUE OSIER raced wide in the early and middle stages of the race .

RACE 4 BILL COSTELLO MEMORIAL CLASS 6 HCP . 1300M

STEWARDS DECLARED HAPPILY EVERAFTER A LATE SCRATCHING AT 2-15pm ACTING ON VETERINARY ADVICE ,AS THE HORSE HAD INJURED ITSELF IN THE RACE DAY STALLS CONNECTIONS WERE NOTIFIED THAT A VETERINARY CERTIFICATE WOULD BE REQIURED BEFORE THE HORSE STARTS AGAIN .

HIGHLY ELATED jumped with its head in the air losing ground , then hung in and raced ungenerously for a short distance

Approaching the 1000m mark HIGHLY ELATED improved on to the heels of KING CORONA and had to be steadied .KING CORONA became unbalanced momentarily in this incident STARS WILL DANCE raced wide rounding the home turn

RACE 5 PAUL HANSEN TRANSPORT, GEOFFREY GREALY MEMORIAL QUILPIE CUP HCP----1600M

SOLAR DANCER jumped out at the start brushing POLISH WARRIOR.
Approaching the 1400m COSSANTE had to be eased as COLONEL FLYER rolled in . Then at the 1300M COSSANTE shifted out taking RAQEEB wider on the track

SPINOUT raced wide in the middle and late stages of the race SMOOTHE raced wide from the 600m to the home turn

RACE 6 AUSFUEL LANDMARK COCA-COLA AMATIL CLASS B HCP 1000M

CRAIGLEA CLASS WAS DECLARED A LATE SCRETCHING AT 10-10am BY THE STEWARDS .CONNECTIONS WERE NOTIFIED THAT A VETERINARY CERTIFICATE WOULD BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE HORSE STARTS AGAIN .

BRIDGINGTHEPLANETS began awkwardly and raced ungenerously after the start for a short distance .

MONDAYITIS was slow to begin
