SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

From SCTC meeting, 29.1 0.06— Race 5

Stewards today concluded an inquiry into the reasons for ELLA DEE (M. Morris) falling approaching the 150m. After taking evidence from apprentice M. Morris (ELLA DEE), jockey B. Thomson (CREMARIE) and apprentice B. Agland (NOBODY’S FRIEND), stewards concluded that the fall occurred as a result of ELLA DEE clipping the heels of CREMARIE when that horse shifted out and away from NOBODY’S FRIEND despite the efforts of B. Thomson, rider of CREMARIE. Stewards noted the evidence and no further action was taken.
