Race 1: Members Class 2 Hcp- 1075 Metres
1st – Suspicious Miss 2nd – Colonel Sodhi 3rd – Red Eric 4th-Hang On Tight

Due to no other available rider, Stewards permitted App J King to ride COLONEL SODHI to ride 1.5kg overweight.

COPY THIS (K Gates) reared and knuckled over as the start was effected and lost ground.

COLONEL SODHI (App J King) jumped awkwardly.
COPY THIS raced wide throughout the event.
HANG ON TIGHT(C Pye) jumped awkwardly and raced greenly at the rear of the field during the early stages.
At approx. the 150 metres, COLONEL SODHI shifted inwards and made contact with RED ERIC (A Coome).

Race 2: Owners&Trainers Open Hcp- 1075 Metres
1st – Kamboja 2nd – Direct Debit 3rd – Dinero Rapido 4th – Vain Dazzler

WOODEN EYE (L Dillon) was slow into stride.
No further incidents to report.

Race 3: XXXX Maiden Hcp - 1200 Metres
1st – Pipit 2nd – Lightening Artist 3rd – Apple Tree Creek 4th – Our Lucille

APPLE TREE CREEK (T OHara) was difficult to load.
DEL DE AIR (D Evans) jumped awkwardly and struck the barriers.
APPLE TREE CREEK raced wide during the middle stages.
DEL DE AIR was obliged to ease at the 800 metres turn to avoid improving onto the heels of OBERINA LADY (S McGovern).

Race 4: XXXX QTIS Two Year Old Maiden Hcp - 800 Metres
1st –She’s Got Beauty 2nd – Desolation Row 3rd – Somerset Dawn 4th – Changeinthefortune

ESSO EYE proved difficult to load and delayed the start.
SHE’S GOT BEAUTY (J Stephens) was slow away.
SOMERSET DAWN (S McGovern) was slow into stride.

Following this race, Stewards questioned the starter into the reasons why runners were not placed in barriers in order. Stewards accepted starter J Devine’s reasoning for the loading order in this instance.

Race 5: David Evans Group Class B Hcp - 1300 Metres
1st – Spanna 2nd – Pattaya 3rd – Above Us 4th – Platinum Peaks

Prior to the event the club veterinarian examined MOHAN SCENE a dual acceptor and passed him fit to start.

PATTAYA (T O’Hara) was difficult to load.
PLATINUM PEAKS (C Pye) was slow to begin and was slow to muster speed.
LADY OAKS (K Gates) and MOHAN SCENE ( J Stephens) were slow to begin. PLATIMUM PEAKS raced during the middle stages.

ABOVE US (D Evans) became unbalanced rounding the home turn and lost ground.
